Our Traditional Baklava consists of phyllo dough (wheat flour), almonds and walnuts, butter, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Additionally, the specialty baklava’s include where applicable; milk chocolate, fig, apple, cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla, espresso. 

Thalia's Baklava products are not allergen free and may contain food allergens, including nuts, eggs, milk and wheat products. 

For best results, keep your Baklava in a sealed air tight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Simply bring each piece(s) to room temperature one hour before consuming, although some customers enjoy it straight from the fridge!
